About this space
Beautiful 2 story luxury condo, newly furnished and decorated in a contemporary Asian style. All the details of the finishes, furniture, decoration and lighting make the place unique. The BBQ and pool veneered with imported stone from Indonesia, the stone statue and fountain that throws water into the pool, the marble sinks in the bathrooms and all the furniture and decoration chosen by our interior designer makes the place magical.
The space
- On the first floor it has a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, bathroom, garage with electric gate and independent entrance, as well as a beautiful terrace that leads directly to the pool and BBQ.
- Upstairs, it has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. 100 MB OF INTERNET BY CABLE + Wi-Fi. A/C and Smart TV in the living room and in the bedrooms.

The pool in the backyard is perfect size.
10-minute walk to town, we rented bicycles and explored a lot!
Very safe, even at night. Super secure home. Great wifi. We worked most of the time remotely and were on many video calls without issue
Maricel was a wonderful host, and we can’t wait to come back to Jaco.
Good place to stay as it is not too far from Jaco beach. Clean and spacious. The host was responsive during check-in and offered his services to organise activities in Jaco which was a nice touch. Only slight negatives – chicken farm adjacent to the property meant we were woken up early and the host was a little slow to respond during check-in. Overall I would recommend!
Clean and spacious for a couple. We lived and worked there for a month, working remotely. The internet was strong enough for two people on zoom calls simultaneously. The place is secluded and about a 10-minute walk from the main strip and a 10-minute walk from the large grocery store in the opposite direction. We walked everywhere, but I recommend renting bicycles if you will be there for a while. There is a great pool in the backyard, shared with the other units that we used daily.
